It’s 🏈 season!
Here’s some of my fav yoga moves for football players (and fans!)...with all the lateral movements football players make; I love skandasana & goddess squat for mobility & warrior 2 for strengthening the knees and legs. Straddle is good for hamstring flexibility. I didn’t mean to frighten Lucky!
