Had a great time at the play “From Brooklyn to Boca.” it was held at The Studio in Mizner Park. It was great to see my friend Sharon Pfeiffer, who is the writer and lead actress in the play, along with the rest of the casting crew. And, as usual, I ended up running into a bunch of other people I knew, including the legendary Connie Francis, who I hadn’t seen for many years. She didn’t remember me, which I figured, so I showed her some pictures of us from years ago. I went around and took a lot of photos of everyone. This is just some of the many photos I took. I took many inside the theater as well. I will be writing about the production. It got a lot of laughs. The fish out of water play follows a man named Frank who is involved in mafia dealings and has to move from Brooklyn to Boca with the witness protection program in order to escape the life. He goes with his wife, Regina, and his son, Carmine. When they move, they find themselves changing their name and becoming Jewish. Let the comedy ensue. The play continues until the 19th. Like I said, I have many more photos, which I will be, including soon during the beginning of the night, there was music, dancing, and some great light bites. Those are my friends Michael and Kimberly Newman doing the amazing disco dancing that is right out of Saturday Night Fever. And my friend Michelle was doing plenty of interviews on the red carpet. Oh, make it a leopard carpet. Not red. That is because Sharon loves leopard print. And her character does too. #Play #Acting #Italian #Jewish #FishOutof water #fuggetaboutit #FromBrooklynBoca. #Theatre #BocaRaton #Brooklyn #miznerpark .
