Banana bread skillet: 3/4 cup oat flour (I used homemade, blending quick oats to flour), 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp almond flour, 2 super ripe, spotty bananas, 2 tbsp melted coconut oil, 1 tbsp maple syrup + 1 tbsp monk fruit (or coconut sugar), 1 tsp vanilla + pinch of sea salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, Handful of chocolate chips
 In a large bowl or blender, hash the banana super well. Then add in the melted coconut oil, maple & sugar (if using), and vanilla, mixing super well. Then add in the remaining ingredients, folding in the chocolate chips at the end.
