Easy Fudgy Pecan Peanut Butter Cup Frosted Brownies 🍫🌱 These brownies are rich, chocolatey and super fudgy packed with melting peanut butter cups and nutty pecans with a luscious chocolate protein frosting - who wants a piece? . I am totally OBSESSING over these brownies, they are chocolatey, rich and so indulgent yet made with vegan, gluten-free, high-protein and good-for-you ingredients (*almost* too good to be true 🥰 . Add in some autumnal pecans for all the cosy vibes and lots of mini dark chocolate PB cups and a thick layer of chocolate mousse frosting for the BEST brownie experience . Here’s the recipe to SAVE for your next brownie fix 👆🏻 . Pecan Peanut Butter Cup Frosted Brownies 🍫🌱 ⭐︎whisk together 150g vanilla or natural @cocosorganic_ yoghurt with 100g mashed banana or applesauce + 100g smooth peanut butter + 3 tbsp maple syrup + 75g coconut sugar + 1 tsp vanilla till smooth ⭐︎pour in 60g buckwheat/plain flour + 40g oat flour + 40g cocoa powder + 40g deluxe chocolate @macr0mike protein + 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda + pinch of salt ⭐︎stir to a thickkk batter + fold in 70g chopped @pipandnut nut butter cups + 50g crushed pecans ⭐︎spread into a lined 8-inch square dish, smooth the top + top with more PB cups + pecans ⭐︎bake at 160Fan/180*C for 19-21 mins till firm at the edges but fudgy in the middle ⭐︎cool for 30 mins then lift out the tin to cool fully ⭐︎make the frosting: stir 200g more yoghurt + 1 tbsp peanut butter + 1 tbsp cocoa powder + 1 tbsp choc protein till smooth ⭐︎spread the frosting all over the brownies + top with more PB cups + pecans ⭐︎slice into 16 squares ⭐︎grab a brownie and SINK INTO THE FUDGINESS . 🍫the fill recipe with a detailed method, ingredients swaps and more info is on my new website 🍂please follow the link in my stories and profile .
