75 hard ✅ This is my second time completing 75 hard this year. This time I decided to keep it to myself and the people I train with. I wanted to see if i could do it for myself instead of for the approval of others. It’s easy to use social media for motivation and I’m so appreciative of all the encouragement people give me when I’m doing hard stuff. I knew this was going to be much tougher this time and I was correct. I’m going to attempt to go another 75 straight to make it 150 and 225 days total for the year. I decided to post this to let everyone know that we are all capable of doing things that we can’t imagine possible. I’m eternally grateful for all the people who support me in my life and on social media. I love you all very much and hope I can provide the same joy you provide me! #soulpower #tannedandtoned
