Diffuse on cool and low pressure; diffusing on cool makes it so you’re basically doing an air dry instead of applying any type of heat. Low pressure so there’s no frizz. Diffuse with you head flipped over for about an hr, longer if your hair is longer than mine! If you follow these step by step pls let me know how it worked! I would say this would work on men too!
