Since 2015, we have sourced caviar from farms around the world. From local farms nearby all the way to Belgium, Poland, and beyond. Our caviar selection ranges from beautiful jet black pearls featuring the perfect balance of earth and brine to glittering gold hues with flavors as deep and rich as the Caspian Sea. ✨🤍 Through our selection of caviar, we supply many renowned restaurants and chefs across the country. We also offer our caviar expertise to our retail customers through our San Francisco Retail shop and newly opened Tiburon Tasting Room and Marketplace. Don't forget about our event offerings, too - one of our favorite aspects of The Caviar Company! From private dining and Virtual Caviar Classes to our most popular service, a mobile caviar bar that served kilos of imported caviar at Paris Hilton's wedding!
