Tips and tricks on photographing rocket launches from photographer @ck_outside "Rocket launches are abundant in Florida, but each is different, making them tricky to frame and capture. You have to estimate the travel of the rocket before opening the shutter and the exposure depends on the brightness of the atmosphere and the rocket booster trail! This shot was just after sunset, so there was still a lot of ambient light, which meant exposure would have to be limited to around a minute without using ND filters or blending multiple exposures. This is a single exposure of 69 seconds. Shot on RAW and edited in Lightroom." Alpha 7R II • Sony 16-35mm F4 • 24mm • f/22 • 69 sec • ISO 100 • #SonyAlpha
