Use a mallet or hammer to crush into small pieces. Set aside. Fill a large saucepan with boiling water and place a smaller saucepan inside, creating a double boiler. Add white chocolate chips to the smaller saucepan and melt, being careful not to get water in that pan. Remove from heat and stir in crushed peppermint. Spread mixture in a thin layer onto wax paper.
