Helen’s Story ❤️ My hair has always been an important part of me. Tears have been shed many times after a trip to the hairdressers not going according to plan over the years! It is on our heads for the good days and the bad hair days. To imagine not having hair would have filled me with dread. So, after being diagnosed with Lymphoma and starting my chemotherapy, I knew this would be really happening but until you actually see it falling out you can’t quite believe it’s true. It is such an upsetting experience, having handfuls of your hair constantly coming out when you brush or wash it! But, the sight of those few strands growing back on your scalp is amazing!
