Confidence is a sense that many of us would love to cultivate... and yet it seems quite elusive. I’m starting to feel that focusing on developing confidence may not be the most not even be the most supportive and productive use of our energy 😬 Cultivating courage, trust, and our ability to listen to our deeper truth seems to reduce the influence of our negative stories, doubts, and fears... and as we take the steps forward and experience for ourselves that those old maps are no longer true, thats when a natural confidence can begin to emerge. This is my experience in my own journey, I’ve seen this in the educators, leaders, and coaches I’ve worked with and I’ve seen it in the veterans I look ip to.
