“I just wanted to feel better for my birthday, now it’s a whole new lifestyle” When I first spoke to Amber she just wanted to lose a few pounds for her birthday... She didn’t want to risk looking back on photos wishing she had started sooner She wanted to celebrate going into her best year yet without regrets🥳 And she wanted to feel strong and confident in whatever outfit she wore Initially we started Amber off on a home training program We set a moderate 3 phased fat loss approach for her goal weight... And Amber smashed her initial 12 week target in just 6 weeks🤯 She reached her goal 🎯 But she didn’t stop there 🙅‍♀️ She didn’t just quit the coaching and gradually spiral back into her old habits... Instead she continued to level up ⬆️ Setting new targets and going far beyond what she initially imagined to be possible Why? Because she fell in love with the PROCESS She started to love how she looked but more importantly how she felt! She started walking to work & chose to progress onto a gym training program Now she’s more confident than ever lifting weights & is focused on getting strong💪 This is not some quick fix fad diet 🚫 If you want to become the best version of you AND you want to sustain that for life Then you have to realise that this is a journey and not a sprint. It’s about enjoying the whole process and the small daily improvements no matter the result. You will only truly excel once you realise there is no end goal. You can ALWAYS be better, do better, feel better, look better... So stop chasing the “end” goal or the number on the scale without appreciating the journey involved Amber is an extremely talented journalist 💻 She’s often VERY busy reporting on stories at her desk all day in the US🇺🇸 But she never uses her work or busy lifestyle as an excuse to not get shit done. She is just one of the many the bad ass individuals in my team who WANT to be helped and are willing to put in the work 👏⚒️ Now her only problem is having to buy a whole new wardrobe 😅 And we’re not even done yet...
