Almost 7 years in the making, but the last (almost) 2 have been the best because of these women 🫶🏼 (and the ones not pictured). When I started coaching, it was out of love for the industry, the desire to change it, and the demand. Not just for science-informed coaching, but for coachES who genuinely give a f*ck about the health of humans from the inside out. I chuckle at an younger version of me that thought she wanted to be a one woman show. And if you prefer that setup for yourself, it’s no shade to you whatsoever. I chuckle because I have absolutely ZERO desire to do things alone ever again, and that’s all because of the love, joy, and camaraderie found with the women at @edfcoaching . Every single woman is so Brilliant Funny Talented Stunning Inexplicably incredible So many more adjectives that I can’t fit in a caption. I’m so proud of each member of this team individually, and of all of us as a unit. We all want something better for the world of wellness, and I don’t think I could ask for a better team to co-create that “something” with 🤍 Thank you to my team for being here, doing the thing, and for every ounce of work you’ve put in to be exactly who you are today.
