A recap from one of my fav days at the Mind Body Soul camp by @msb_anetapiotrowska and @zuzannala in @acqua_di_rosa_resort - 💕 We all got creative - painted 🎨 , created flower crowns 🌸 with the help of amazing @daszewskaflorist , dressed up for the Boho dinner 🤍 and organised a pop up of @jungledreamstore 🐍 @buy.rise 🐆 and @ca_va_vintage 🖤 We may not all be Picassos 🤪 but I loved the creative process and the subject “what plays in your soul” 💓 The crazy part is that I had no idea what to paint but decided to start with some purple as I saw that colour after closing my eyes during our kundalini yoga 🧘‍♀️ session the previous day 💜 The teacher told me that it’s the highest energy colour and how special it was that I saw it. The rest of the painting 🖼 was kind of random, I just intuitively painted what I felt like and somehow created this eye 👁 with a tear... I later wanted to read more about the purple colour and found out that it’s connected to the Third-eye chakra 🤯. This chakra represents wisdom and it’s all about connecting to your intuition and inner vision to help you see the world in a whole new way. Still getting goosebumps thinking how I intuitively decided to paint an eye 👁 without knowing any of this 🙏🏼💜 I strongly believe that everything in the universe is connected and we can all notice that as long as we keep our hearts and souls open..
