Healthy Granola Bars, perfect for lunchbox!
1 cup dates
1 cup roasted almonds or nuts of choice
1.5 cups oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter. I used both.
Place in fridge for 3-4 hours
For the chocolate
1 cup dark chocolate chips melted with 1 tbsp coconut oil
