This patient did not want surgery so we went the non-surgical route skin tightening with 3 sessions of Morpheus8 and filler afterwards. I used Restylane Contour to re-volumize and add support to the mid cheek fat pads and then carefully placed Merz Belotero to camouflage the eye bags (I also use this filler to treat sunken undereye area). ⁣ We will continue to tighten using Morpheus8 RF Microneedling since the patient travels and doesn’t want the downtime of an ablative resurfacing laser.⁣ ⁣ Given the severity of this case I would say I did a pretty dang good job 👏🏼 . Under eye filler is probably one of the hardest areas to fill as it’s a very advanced technique and most of the time I see the area overfilled and have to dissolve it (not to mention the permanent disruption in the lymphatics causing swelling).
