I rarely show the outside of our home but it’s looking extra cute for fall right now so I had to! 🍁 When we were building this house, we had several outdoor materials to choose from… we chose brick just because we thought it was the prettiest, but I’ve discovered so many benefits to brick since then. One of the top advantages is how strong and durable it is against natural disasters like hurricanes and tornadoes (which is definitely something I think about living in Texas!) I also found out it’s a naturally non-combustible material so it provides protection against fires. It’s super low maintenance, energy efficient, super durable, doesn’t fade, is sustainable and recyclable. I didn’t know all this 5 years ago, but we absolutely made the right choice for our home with choosing brick, without even realizing it! #BrickLove
