This photo takes me back to when my wife and I first started dating 11 or 12 years ago. I remember putting red lipstick on her so she could match me—such a simple moment, but one I’ll always treasure. I love walking this earth with her, experiencing new things side by side. We have such a wonderful life and so much to be thankful for. She is my partner, my best friend, the love of my life. Looking at this picture makes my heart smile. Thinking back on our journey—everything we’ve been through together—reminds me how deeply we continue to love each other. With every new chapter of our lives, we get to rediscover one another, learn more about each other, and love each other in new ways. What an amazing feeling it is to be loved and to have a true partner. I hope everyone gets to experience this kind of love—one that holds strong through difficult times, disappointment, and the not-so-happy moments. We give each other grace, because love is choosing to fight through those moments and not give up on one another.
