we should talk about it more.. the will to keep it together, when it feels like we’re falling apart. there are a few things that have helped me: talking to someone, a friend, a therapist writing down 5 things I’m grateful for at the end of the day. listening to my body.. keeping my spot clean and cozy. goin outside and experiencing new things. moving my body.. whether slow or fast. feeling it, thanking it. Lovvvvve to you all. Go easy on yourself.
