Dough: * 1/4 cup cashew butter (or almond) * 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup * 1/2 tsp vanilla * 1/4 tsp almond extract * 3 tbsp almond flour * 2 tbsp protein powder * sprinkles Ice cream: 1 can coconut cream 6 tbsp cashew butter (can sub) 1/4 cup maple syrup (more as needed) 1/4 cup of your favorite protein powder 1 tsp vanilla + 1/4 tsp almond extract pinch of sea salt *you can leave out the protein but add in 2 tbsp extra nut butter & a little extra sweetener as the protein adds sweetness!* •topping: 1 1/2 cups white chocolate & sprinkles Make the dough & press into the bottom Of your molds (you can use ice cube tray or whatever shape you have). Blend ice cream. Taste & adjust. Divide amongst the bases. Freeze for 2-3 hrs until fully hardened. Dip in melted white chocolate & top with sprinkles.
