2 oz. bourbon
½ oz. Amaro Nonino
¼ oz. freshly brewed espresso
¼ oz. simple syrup (or demerara)
2 dashes chocolate bitters
Expressed orange peel, to garnish
Pop an old fashioned glass in the freezer. Add your cocktail ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice and stir until chilled (about 15 seconds). Pour over a large ice cube, garnish and serve.
