Cheers to increasing my ferritin number by 34 since March! (See my IG posts from March 31st & May 23rd for more on ferritin.) Since at least high school (when I tried to give blood but couldn't because my iron was way too low), I've never been able to get my ferritin anywhere near this high. The fact that I did it living at 7,000ft while spending a lot of time playing in the mountains is amazing to me.
