HEALTHY / SIMPLE MEAL INSPO bfast: - green glow smoothie: (1 frozen banana, 1 peach, 1 scoop protein powder, 1/4 c yogurt of choice, 1 T hemp seeds, handful of spinach, almond milk) - sourdough turkey bacon and egg toast (Toasted bread, ghee, avocado, turkey bacon, fried egg, and seasonings of choice) - greek yogurt x @mush bowl- I eat these every week! Love to change up flavors of oats / protein and do different toppings! lunch: - turkey avocado veggie wrap (@siete wrap, avocado, hummus, turkey slices, sprouts, cucumber, tomato, red onion, and spinach!) - strawberry chicken pistachio salad (kale/arugula, chicken, strawberries, pistachios, cucumber, sweet potato, avocado, feta, and balsamic evoo dressing) dinner: - ground turkey sesame bowl (lettuce, jasmine rice, ground turkey (or beef), edamame, carrots, onion, zucchini, avocado, kimchi, and bone broth sesame tahini dressing- @kromawellness bone broth powder, sesame oil, tamari, coconut aminos, and water to thin) - ground beef tomato tortellini (@taste_republic gf tortellini, @raoshomemade marinara, ground beef, zucchini, spinach, basil, and fresh parm) - nacho chicken taco bowl (shredded Mexican chicken, jasmine rice, sweet potatoes, fajita peppers, avocado, salsa & @sietefoods nacho tortilla chips snacks: - choc pb cup banana bread ninja creami (No sugar added banana bread from mt ebook, creami: 1 c whole milk, 1 scoop protein- mix in @purely_elizabeth on cookie granola, pb crunch bites, chocolate chips, and @thecoconutcult choc yogurt) - Apple protein dip (1/3 c coconut yogurt, 1 scoop pp, 1 T peanut butter, cinnamon, choc chips, and granola mix in- freeze for a few mins) Save for inspo and enjoy! #healthyfood #healthyeating #whatieat #mealinspo #weeklymealplan #highprotein #wholefoods #healthybody #healthybreakfast #healthylunch #healthydinner #easymeals #simpleeats #inspiration #healthymeals
