RAMSA Partner Preston Gumberich is featured in the current issue of Traditional Building Magazine as one of 25 leaders in historic preservation, renovation, and restoration! Pictured is the University of Connecticut’s Downtown Hartford Campus. Preston and his team restored the historic Hartford Times Building (Donn Barber, 1920) and integrated it into a new five-story academic building that provides offices and meeting rooms for academic departments, classrooms, teaching laboratories, student and administrative spaces, casual dining, and social spaces. The building design is helping revitalize the city. “It’s always incredibly gratifying to breathe new life into a beautifully detailed and designed building,” Preston says, “and to know that many occupants and passersby alike will appreciate your work.” Link in bio to read the article!
