The best snack/breakfast prep! 2 cups rolled oats 2 super spotty ripe bananas 1/2 cup plant milk 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional) 1 1/2 tbsp ground flax (optional) 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla + pinch of sea salt (optional) 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 1/4 cup shredded coconut Handful of raisins & chocolate chips (optional) Blend 1 cup of the oats in a blender until super fine flour forms. Then add them to a bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the blender, blending until smooth. Pour into the bowl with the flour. Then add in the remaining oats & mix-ins! Spread into an 8x8 baking dish & bake at 350f for 18-23 mins until golden around the edges & set in center. Drizzle with chocolate.
