another chapter closed🤍 in a year full of lasts, softball will by far be the hardest thing to say goodbye to. for all the time I can remember i have always had a bat and ball in my hand. i remember the admiration I had for the older girls on the field as a young player who had just started. pitching had always been the position that I was drawn to and I remember the countless hours my dad would have to catch me no matter the weather. if my younger self could see me now I know she would be shocked at the growth im my ability throughout the years. it is hard to say goodbye to the sport I have known for all my life, and even harder to say goodbye to the people who have got me to the place I am today. thank you to all the girls who have played with me these past couple years, I couldn’t have asked for a better team to finish our my last season with and thank you to all the coaches and family who have supported me throughout my softball career. I am grateful for all the memories softball has given me and can’t wait to see where the next chapters in life will bring me. -number one out 🤍
