What a crazy time to be alive. Definitely not an easy time for all of us to whom traveling is such an important part of life. Luckily, before the quarantine I joined @jeffreyjkieffer on an exploration trip to the Vatnajökull glacier in Iceland. Besides the beauty of our surroundings, getting to know people like @andrew_abroad and the @headingnorth.is team, that are so passionate about what they do, was a refill of good energy. Their knowledge and passion is out of the chart when in comes to glaciers, and they made us feel even luckier by showing us how fragile these environments are, and how fast they are disappearing, making us one of the last generations ever to witness them. This is a good time to press the reset button, to rethink our lifestyles and to embrace the fact that we can't take anything for granted.
