YOU WIN SOME, YOU LOSE SOME 💭 Honesty moment. Yesterday was one of those days I was very pleased was over. It felt like pushing water uphill and nothing seemed to go right.... Energy low, mood low and a dark cloud hanging over everything. Firstly this is very unlike me, but I think if you’re happy to share all of your wins then you should also be honest and share some of the struggles too. After a good night sleep I feel a million times better. This morning I have organised the tasks I need to complete in priority order and have started to attack them, I’ve come to the gym to train, sauna and reset. I cleared a few hrs in the afternoon to take Otis to the cinema and have lunch with the family. I’ll then go back to work and finish when all the jobs are done 🤜🏾 In this picture I’m looking wistfully into the distance but really I’m thinking f**k you Wednesday 27th July.
