Felt really comfortable in my skin today. Despite what you you see I think I always struggled with body image issues, like a lot of us have. I told @shanerad _ I always take goofy photos and videos because that version of me felt most authentic, and being raw, posed, and unfiltered felt vulnerable. My birthday is next month, and I’ve been reflecting a lot on my life, and this year I’ve really vowed to take care of my mind, which thus will result in taking care of my body. Learning how to love yourself deeply will hopefully teach others to do the same. 🖤
