Woke up in a dream.
.
For a few months a year, Salar de Uyuni, the biggest salt flats in the world, in Bolivia, get flooded by rain, creating the worlds biggest mirror that reflects the sky and everything around it.
.
Had this concept and shot it with my friend @theboliviantraveler here in the salt flats. Creating here has been a dream and has made me think about the role of the artist in society.
.
What most people don’t realise is a true artist is also a prophet - a conduit of sorts who receives divine inspiration and puts it out into the world. Whether they know it or not: the artist/prophet brings into existence that which is unseen and often guides souls home - closer to their purest forms. Their work helps to make sense of the mysteries behind life and love - death and pain- fear and dreaming. However, the truest shift as a human being happens when we realise that we are all creative. We create futures - whether it’s in our personal lives or all we put out into the world. We bring things that did not exist into being. Businesses. Ideas. Hopes. Pain. In this sense, whatever we do in our finite existence ripples into an eternity that just keeps on giving. The truest artist, and dare I say human, realises that they are an extension of Invisible Truth which manifests its voice on our life journeys. The unseen moving the seen. Like wind causing everything on the earth to dance.

Thanks to @palaciodesal and @hidalgotours for showing us this beautiful place
