SIPS & SWEETS
- paleo (GF, DF, refined sugar free) chocolate chip cookies - a fan favorite in my ebook!
- chia pudding bowl
mix: Greek yogurt, pb protein @mush , coconut chia seed pudding (2 T chia seeds, 2 T coconut yog, 1/3 c coconut milk, 1 tsp vanilla) - set overnight & add toppings of choice!
- berry bliss smoothie
( 1 c frozen berries, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 scoop vanilla protein, 1/4 c coconut or Greek yog, 1 T hemp seed, 1 T almond butter, dash of cinnamon, 3/4 c almond milk- granola for crunch)
- cookies & creamis
(No sugar added, 20g protein!)
- paleo protein pancakes
(@simplemills AF pancake mix, 1/2 scoop protein, 1 egg, milk as needed- berries, nut butter, and maple syrup to finish)
- pb cup frozen dip
(1/3 c thick yog, 1/2 scoop @truvani pp, 1 T pb, chopped pb choc bar, sweet thins, melted choc- freeze until hardened)
- caramel cookie protein latte
(@rebbl oatmeal cookie protein drink, milk of choice, cinnamon, maple syrup, and cold brew/espresso)
- no sugar added banana bread
(another fan fav in my ebook!!!)
- “no bake cookie” oatmeal bowl
(@mush choc oats (or add 1 T cocoa ) peanut butter, Greek yogurt, granola, and berries)
- homemade vanilla froyo
(1 c Greek yogurt, 2 T maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla)
Freeze and add to @ninjakitchen machine!
