Pride Amsterdam 2023 With 50 ambassadors now in place and heading towards WorldPride 2026, this year Pride Amsterdam will focus on diversity within the LGBTQIA+ community. The theme #YouAreIncluded represents both individuals and groups fighting for equal rights. Visibility is of great importance for this, and the many activities organised during Pride to bring people together will help and support our community. With the announcement of the theme, participants for the Canal Parade can start preparing and registering to sail along from 9 January. Participants Canal Parade 2023 Parties wishing to participate in the Canal Parade are invited to register and submit a draft plan from 9 January to 9 February 2023. On 19 February, it will be announced which entries are the most beautiful and fit the theme best and will therefore be rewarded with a starting ticket for Saturday 5 August 2023. Of the 80 available starting tickets, 20 will be reserved for members of our Pride Business Club. With that income, we can keep the parade accessible and organisations from our community will pay up to 10% of the cost price. In addition, they can also call on our visibility fund this year and apply for a contribution of up to €5,000 for the decoration of the boat.
