From burnout to body-led work. this time last year I put in my mental health leave from my 9–5 to create some distance between my daily desk sobs and spirals… now all I think about is creating distance between the carriage and my torso in side-lying series by engaging my obliques. it’s still a pinch-me moment that I get to guide others through movement and sensation in their bodies for a living. watching people grow, not just in strength and practice, but in confidence in and out of the studio. it all feels like a fever dream I don’t take lightly! I genuinely feel like I’m impacting more lives now than I ever did in a spreadsheet, trying to perfectly balance supply and demand for over-consumption 🌀 turns out it’s never too late to step out of autopilot (aka your own head at 32), rewrite the plan, and choose a path that actually lights you up. aligned >>>> automated.
