I've learned a lot over these last few months back at work and its honestly been tough to work in all the extra gear and precautions, but I have to say, it has truly been life saving! This is the first year in many years that I have NOT gotten sick! 😷🙌🏽😎⁣ ⁣ The pandemic has prompted me to be even more mindful and focused, to take the time to notice things. Although a constantly changing schedule has checked my self-care right out the window at times.
