The balance of the mind and heart are just as important as the balance of our physical body. When we think about wellness, it can be easy not to look beyond diet, exercise, drinking enough water and sleep but nurturing the emotional and mental side of yourself is just as important! Taking some time each day to meditate, do some tapping, journal, write out three things your grateful for, draw, dance around your bedroom, create something or do some breath work are all ways to incorporate these other aspects of wellness into your everyday routine. The time you dedicate to these doesnβt have to be a lot, dance to one song, journal for five minutes, meditate for ten but it is consistency that will support longevity and a healthy lifestyle.
