Meet Sinead — the cheesemonger at the heart of our Seven Dials restaurant.⁠ ⁠ I genuinely challenge you to find anyone who can portion hundreds upon hundreds of perfect cheese portions as quickly and as beautifully as she can.⁠ ⁠ Sinead joined @thecheesebar.uk back in the summer of 2017, when we opened our very first spot in Camden and had absolutely no idea how to run a restaurant. She was a superstar from day one.⁠ ⁠ When The Cheese Barge launched in 2021, Sinead moved across, carrying our culture with her and helping to shape the new opening into what it is today. ⁠ ⁠ For the last three years, she’s been the soul of @pickandcheese.uk in Seven Dials, making sure only the most perfectly ripe, irresistibly delicious cheeses make it onto the belt.⁠ ⁠ Thank you, Sinead! ⁠
