I’m a huge WNBA fan and rap was my first love, so it was great pairing @kelseyplum10 with @laybankz — two @underarmour ambassadors — for the February issue cover. They had never met, but from their interaction on set, you’d swear they were lifelong friends — and it made for a great story! And big thanks to @katieabelnyc, the leader of FN’s annual Women Who Rock issue. This issue is her baby (and features so many great stories of powerful and inspiring women in the industry), but she let me pursue a story that I’ve wanted to do for a long time, and I’m thankful.
