Do you know how rare it is to go on a group trip and like EVERYONE on the trip?!?! Not just the “yea, they were cool” feeling, but a genuine, “I like you as a person and am excited to develop our friendship” feeling. With everyone on the trip. That’s how I left our @thepowerguild retreat feeling. To know these women and get to walk in this season with them has been a blessing that I could never have imagined when I said “yes” to being a part of this community. Sometimes you will say yes to things without a guarantee of what you will get or how it will turn out, but if you believe, as I believe, that all things ultimately will work together for your good, then the “yes” comes a lot easier. At least it does for me. The older I get, the more important deep quality relationships have become to me, and man, am I glad that God saw it fit to have our paths cross in this lifetime. May we all find our people who hold us accountable whole also making sure that we know that we are seen, valued, and loved. @luvvie, you did your thing with this one.
