SUGAR RUSH 🍦🤤⁠ ⁠ I've been practicing intermittent fasting for many months now, and I am able to fast for 20-21 hours daily now. My meals are also mimicking a keto diet, but I am still mainly following the food recommendations I got based on the gut health intelligence test from @viome, so I do include some berries, oatmeal, and a little bit of fruit throughout the week. ⁠ ⁠ The biggest benefit that I have experienced right after extending my fasting window from 16 to 20-21 hours is clarity of mind.
