One month post top surgery with @dr_pdx — the leftover superglue & tape is what looks most gnarly around the incision areas of the big scar. I’m so happy with the results! I’m not a scab anymore & have a lot more movement. The nipples are still the most maintenance but I think they turned out so well & adorable. (Still in the healing stages of course.) I just turned 32 yesterday & am feeling like I actually have my whole life ahead of me now. Life seemed in limbo up until this surgery. Life was just harder when I looked in the mirror every day & felt dysphoria. With every little jiggle I felt. Every time I was shirtless. Pretty much since puberty but it disguised itself for years. It was kind of a weird bodily hell. I’m beyond grateful I don’t feel this anymore. I feel so much more confident. It’s just a weight off in so many senses. I feel truly me now. Like returning to who I was always meant to be & who I started off as before the dysphoria. I’m also beyond thankful to everyone who supported me in any way. Wouldn’t have gotten here without you 🖤
