I love to do this with coconut oil or the @actandacre scalp detox once a week and then drench my ends in the @zatiknaturals black seed oil. This exercises can work to: - Reduces stress and tension. - Stimulates circulation and blood flow to the scalp. - Promotes new hair growth. - Distributes natural oils to increase shine and protects from breakage. - Relaxes the neck and scalp and activates the Acupuncture meridians on the scalp. Other tips to reduce hair loss: - Increase blood building foods in your diet (In Chinese Medicine Blood deficiency is related to hair loss.) This can include: Dark leafy greens, spirulina, beets, dark berries, cherries, root vegetables, sesame seeds, cooked grains, red meat, bone broth, seaweed, shrimp, oysters - Increase warming foods and reduce cold food and drinks. - Go to sleep before 11pm. - Reduce using hairdryers and other heated hair tools.
