Here’s the basics of why we need feminism coming from place of PRIVILEGE. Imagine those who don’t have that even. If minorities wirh privilege cannot walk alone, have been followed, harassed, abused, etc, imagine those who don’t have this? There are almost a 100 rapes daily - starting from INFANTS TO CHILDREN. Where do you think all this stems from? The blatant misogyny and patriarchal beliefs our society has been built on. It’s 2022 and the rapes are only increasing per day. What are we doing as a society? Im angry. Like so many off us. We just want to be able to exist and fucking thrive. Thank you to all the women and queer people who keep me going in a society built to practically oppress us. We’ll keep fighting. There’s no stopping us.
