RECIPE ⇩ 🍍 It wouldn't be summer without bringing back our favourite tropical cocktail— the Royal Hawaiian! 🙌 ROYAL HAWAIIAN: ◦11⁄2 oz Empress 1908 Gin ◦1 oz Pineapple Juice ◦1⁄2 oz Lemon Juice ◦1⁄2 oz Orgeat* ◦Pineapple Wedge (to garnish) METHOD: Shake all ingredients except for Empress 1908 Gin with ice. Strain into a tall glass with crushed ice and layer the gin on top. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a pineapple crown 👑 *Orgeat is a delightful orange blossom & almond syrup used in classic tiki cocktails.
