Repeat after me: Being Healthy Feels So Effin Good I have a history of extremity when it comes to diet, which is why I let go of any sort of belief that was so rigid it could slingshot you to the other side with one small trigger a long time ago as part of my healing. We haven’t launched a new product in years, because I think developing some musculature around simple habits that are actionable, simple to follow, and repeatable is where the majority of the populations work is. Starting with your morning energy ritual, I love the simplicity of breeding a community that takes charge of their cortisol without having to let go of the energy we crave. Let the ritual of matcha over coffee be an inside look of what it might feel like to adopt a daily habit that you don’t have to quit. As a mom, business owner, and active individual, I love the nootropic effects of clean caffeine. I just don’t want any of the anxiety, burnout, and mood swings that come with a daily coffee habit. Stepping away from my hybrid coffee-matcha regimen for an entire month to start brewing momentum I need to carry through this next year. Like all of you, I have plans for the year and in order to follow through being healthy (without being rigid) is a non negotiable.
