Heads up, this flavor is addicting 🤍 #Recipe Details: Ingredients: - 1 package of @go_nanas NEW Strawberry Shortcake Banana Bread mix - 1/2 cup flour - 1 ripe bananas, mashed - 2 tsp baking powder - 1/4 tsp baking soda - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/2 cup greek yogurt Topping: - 1 tbsp melted butter or 1 egg, beaten - 4 tbsp coconut sugar Filling: - Cream cheese Instructions: Preheat oven to 450F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside. In a large bowl, add the strawberry shortcake banana bread mix, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk to combine. Add the mashed banana and greek yogurt. Mix until combined and a dough forms. Lay the dough on a floured surface and shape into a ball. Cut the dough into 8-10 pieces, and form the pieces into balls. Roll each ball of dough out and put ~2 tsp of cream cheese in the middle. Fold the sides over the cream cheese, pinch them together, and use your hands to reshape into a ball.
