The last few days have been a whirlwind so I’m behind posting. We moved our daughter Sonia onto @spelman_college campus. Such an emotional roller coaster to send our firstborn to school🥹 I know this isn’t my usual health & wellness content but I hope you follow our journey and also keep Sonia in your prayers.
