At Washington DC's @rasa, partners Rahul Vinod & Sahil Rahman are continuing a tradition of restaurant collaboration started by their dads decades ago. "Our fathers’ oldest restaurant is 30 years old, and both Sahil and I are 31, so we quite literally learned how to walk inside of an Indian restaurant.
