✨Health at every size✨ Since the start of my professional training career, my mission has very clearly been to change the narrative in the fitness space because of my personal experiences. And I have never felt more fulfilled than doing it at such a large scale and with the best community and team in the world here at @onepeloton. Disordered eating, self loathing, over-training, under-eating, unhealthy supplements. I’d done it all and my weight fluctuated, yes, but the underlying disguised hate I had for the way that I looked did not change, it didn’t matter what the scale said. I was never satisfied. Health at every size and LOVE at every size is something I live by. Something at my core because it freed me. We heal by doing the internal work, we focus on celebrating our achievements, we motivate ourselves through gratitude and we show up to be strong and healthy and ENJOY our life and the body we are in cause we only have one. No matter where you are in your healing journey, keep going, shut out the noise and the tía tóxicas of the world and remember YOU know what you need.
