Mug cake: • 2 tbsp almond butter •3 tbsp almond flour (can sub 1 tbsp protein powder) •2 tsp melted coconut oil (can sub applesauce but it’s not as fudgy!) •1/2 tsp vanilla •2 tbsp monk fruit or coconut sugar •2 tbsp cacao powder •1/4 tsp baking powder •2-3 tbsp plant milk, as needed Mix everything together to form the cake batter, starting with 2 tbsp milk. If it’s too thick, add another but you’ll want it to be cake batter consistency. Microwave for 1-1 1/2 mins until just cooked. Let cool for a few. Melt 2 tbsp chocolate chips until completely smooth. Let cool for a minute & then stir in 2-3 tbsp of your favorite yogurt (i used vanilla coconut yogurt), until it forms a ganache-like constancy.
