Haven’t posted a groovy one in a while. A much needed release and way back to the way my soul loves to move. As much as I love all styles of dance nothing feels quite as fitting. I feel I’ve been relearning a lot about my body (and life) lately as I grow older and this moment spoke to a release of emotion, reopening a level of vulnerability and really letting that carry me home. Patience, peace, ease, things I’ve been seeking in life lately both in myself and in outside things.
